4. Before a Project Begins
Clients may request to cancel an engagement before any work has started.

5. After Work Has Started
Once our consultants begin working on a project, payments are generally non-refundable.

Payments made for completed milestones are generally non-refundable.
If a project ends before all milestones have been completed, the client is responsible only for work that has already been performed.

Future scheduled work will not be performed.
